Procedure > machine is set by supervisor - responsible for getting the bag made to standard
> 10 sample bags taken, checked, dated, attached to Job Sheet & shown to operator
> machine handed over to operator who keeps bags to the standard set. Operator stops machine and calls supervisor if the standard falls below that set by the samples
> operators quality checks to be recorded on the Daily Production Sheet & Checklist
> on completion, all paperwork, including sample bags, are sent to the office for filing, recording and analysis
